YESSSSS!!! This place is FANTASTIC! My brother and I were visiting Vermont in October for the Fall colors like millions do every year! Literally...millions! 2 million this year made their way to Vermont for the colors! After seeing them for myself, I can see why and then some! Our first night there..we needed stuff for our overpriced air bnb. We headed downtown. We thankfully came across this co-op. What a great store! Like every co-op tho...verrrrry overpriced. I mean..:wow! It's funny to me too bc you think... co-op = hippies = cheap people = cheap prices. Back in the 90s, I posed as a hippie (any hippie after the 60s is a poser hahaha) and I traveled all over the country with other hippies. Festival to festival, concerts to concerts. We followed Phish, the Dead, Rusted Root and others. We learned how to be crazy cheap haha! So when you see a co-op, or at least when I do...I think... hippies shop here! Bc that's how it was back then! ANYWAY!.... The prices didn't keep us away. We were visiting after all and needed stuff. Tourists spend tons of money. I'm still cheap tho lol. This store has everything. Smells amazing! I was very excited to see that they carried Zevia soda. The co-op here in Boise..nope. So City Market earned an extra star for that haha. Store is very clean, wide aisles, great hot food area to order from. Just a great store. Employees... super nice. Quick story -- dude went into the bathroom and saw me heading for it. He basically sprinted to it. He was in there FOREVERRRR!! My brother and I were convinced he was doing drugs in there. Do we know for sure? No of course not. We started knocking bc I thought he passed out. 20 mins later he comes storming out, screaming at me hahahaha! I had a few words for him as well. I went in, he started banging on the door while I was in there. I was in and out. I come out and my brother told me this nice lady from the customer service desk through him out of the store lol. Whoever she is..this store deserves 10 more stars! She knew he was up to something in there. Then he comes out, acting like an irate a-hole...haha! Thanks City Market for that employee! She's a bad ass! If you've been, you love this store. If you haven't...and you go in the future, you'll absolutely LOVE this place! Truly a great co-op. I do love Boise co-op (the downtown one. Meridians sucks) but something about this place ... I just like..better. Thanks for reading, YelperOnioners! Cheers!

This place is actually really cool. No matter what you buy, the quality is good. If you go to their hot bar and buy something like I did like barbecued ribs, as fattening, sticky, and greasy as they are, you know they're going to be organic fattening, sticky, and greasy ribs.

Fresh, varied local produce, including varieties of apples I'd never seen before. And of course fabulous bread. Was particularly glad to pick up a huge glass bottle of maple syrup: just don't want to buy more plastic. I shop here every time I'm in Burlington, sometimes several times.

I'm not a co-op member, and I wish a co-op like this was near me! There is a huge selection of fresh foods, spices, coffees, packaged goods, breads, frozen items, and more! Many of the offerings like the spices and grains can be placed into your own containers.

Really great selection of local fresh produce, beer, kombucha, and basically everything else! Was visiting out of town, favorite part was the Aqua ViTea kombucha on tap. Ended up being about the same price as buying their retail bottles but you also get to pick really cute labels which is nice if you plan to reuse the bottles. Everything is well stocked and store is very clean. Check out was quick, service was great.
